Signature Healthcare’s Legal and Compliance Program Signature Healthcare Services, LLC has an experienced legal department devoted to providing the necessary assistance and guidance to its subsidiary hospitals as they navigate the daily operations of their facilities. The assistance and guidance provided is in line with Signature’s focus on helping its hospitals provide excellent quality care to patients as well as a safe and welcoming working environment for employees.
Signature Healthcare Services, LLC has an active Compliance Program. The Corporate Compliance Program and the associated Code of Conduct were created for each hospital to promote ethics and integrity so that that patients, visitors, and staff feel that they are in a supportive and caring environment. It is expected of all individuals within Signature and within each of the Signature subsidiary hospitals, whether contracted, credentialed, or employed, be alert and sensitive to situations that could result in improper, unethical, or illegal conduct. Each of these individuals has an obligation and responsibility for reporting any activity by an employee, physician, board member, contractor, or a vendor that appears to violate applicable laws, rules, and regulations or the Code of Conduct. No one should fear retaliation for making such reports, nor should they hesitate to ask for assistance from a facility Compliance Officer or the designated Compliance Hotline if there are any questions about the information in the Code of Conduct or any other compliance related concerns.
